Working Groups

Based on the planning efforts of the Division 16 Executive Committee, the following working groups have been established:

• Globalization of School Psychology - Sissy Hatzichristou, Chair
• Social Justice & Child Rights - Stuart Hart, Chair
• Translation of Science to Practice & Policy: Mental Health & Learning - Sylvia Rosenfield & Susan Forman, Co-Chairs

Working Group Charges

• Identify potential role of Division 16 in addressing issues, as it relates to the division's identity statement: Translating science to practice and policy to promote mental health and learning of children and adolescents from a transcultural and transnational perspective.

• Ensure representation in the working group from EC, membership, Early Career Psychologists, and graduate students.

• Identify potential partners within APA and with other SP organizations Develop action plans to span 2010-2013.
