Theory and Philosophy Special Interest Group

The Theory and Philosophy Special Interest Group operates to promote the development of sophisticated, systematic, humanistic thought with respect to human nature and the human condition. This interest group aspires to initiate creative venues for professional dialog and collaboration on the development of humanistic theories and related implications for psychological research and practice. The interest group also aspires to engage interested members of other divisions in collaborative projects and dialog. Membership is free and open to all members and affiliates of the American Psychological Association, but members of the Theory and Philosophy Interest Group are also encouraged to join Division 32.
