Section III Report
Women, Gender, and Psychoanalysis is dedicated to professional development, research, scholarship, networking, mentoring, and referral opportunities. We promote deepened understanding of contemporary gender-related concerns involving work, play, and family.

We actively encourage members' political advocacy and maintain liaisons with other groups. We are especially focused on outreach to early career professionals. As a "psychological home" for women in psychology and psychoanalysis, we have invited innovative and creative presenters who are scholars in other fields, including art history, neurobiology, reproductive biology, sex research, and child abuse.
