Div. 18 has two committees in which its members may participate.

  • Diversity Committee
    This committee strives to expand the diversity of Div. 18 membership, to increase the activity of division members from diverse backgrounds, and to encourage these individuals to take advantage of leadership opportunities and influence our practices and professional lives.

  • Fellowship Committee
    The Fellowship Committee oversees the nomination and selection of division fellows. Psychologist members of the division who are actively engaged in the advancement of public service psychology and who have evidenced unusual and outstanding contributions to or performance of public service psychology are eligible for fellowship recognition

  • Policy and Advocacy Committee
    Committee on Policy and Advocacy is focused on advancing psychology and psychologists in public service, with a special emphasis on promoting policies that are social justice oriented. This committee responds to the needs of the public in areas such as psychological practice, research, training, and policy formation.
