Mission

The mission of A4SIG is to address ageism and negative attitudes towards aging through research, clinical practice, education, and advocacy. A4SIG offers a platform to network, collaborate, and organically develop goals that meet the current needs of our membership and broader society.

Objectives

Our primary objective is to facilitate networking and collaboration opportunities related to addressing ageism and attitudes towards aging via clinical, research-based, educational, and advocacy activities. We host monthly meetings open to the members, bi-monthly Journal Club, and online resource database (i.e., Google Drive).

Current and prospective members are encouraged to contact Age4SIG@gmail.com for questions, invitations to the monthly meetings, and access to the database.
