Outstanding Psychologist Award
This award honors a psychologist whose distinguished contributions may include demonstrating outstanding leadership in state, provincial or territorial psychological association(s) (SPTA).
Other criteria for selection include advocating for psychology through state, provincial, or territorial psychological association(s); impacting psychology and our clients through distinguished service; and serving as a role model for active participation in organized psychology.
Recipients must be a volunteer SPTA member (required). In addition recipients must have:

Demonstrated outstanding leadership in state, provincial, or territorial psychological associations.

Demonstrated advocacy psychology through state, provincial, or territorial psychological associations.

Shown an impact on psychology and our clients through distinguished service.

Served as a role model for active participation in organized psychology.
The annual submission deadline is June 1.
A letter of recommendation from the person(s) making the nomination stating reasons why the nominee should be considered. The letter should highlight some of the aspects mentioned in the eligibility section. (No more than three letters). Also, please forward the curriculum vitae of nominee.
Please submit nominations and supporting materials to the Div. 31 past president.
