The Division 37 Board of Directors is the governing body, and is elected by the membership. The board meets three times annually to debate and discuss the activities of the division. The Executive Committee is charged to handle the affairs of Division 37 between meetings and consists of the five officers (president, president-elect, past president, treasurer, and secretary) and a division representative to APA Council.
