Leadership Award

This award is given to a person who has demonstrated outstanding leadership by service to Div. 39, and to activities advancing psychoanalytic psychology and/or psychoanalysis.

Description

Initially called the Service Award, in 2002 the award was renamed to highlight the importance of those members who contribute through their efforts to develop and implement initiatives and innovations in more effectively serving our membership as well as the wider psychoanalytic and psychological community.

Eligibility

Individuals who have made an outstanding contribution through their leadership within the division, its sections and local chapters are eligible to be nominated for this award.

How to Apply

Nominees are solicited from the board members and former honorees, evaluated by the Awards Committee and presented to the division Board of Directors, which makes the final determination of recipients. Please direct any questions to Usha Tummala, the current chair of this Committee.
