The Social Media Committee is the newest committee of Div. 47. It was initiated last year by the creative efforts of the former Past President Dr. Jen Carter and was officially turned into a committee at the APA Convention in Orlando. I am excited to serve as the chair of the committee and we have a wonderful group of dedicated members who have helped to get the committee off of the ground. The committee will use social media to increase awareness of Div. 47 and sport, exercise, and performance psychology. We also hope to serve as a forum for members to network and share ideas about the field. The committee will be posting information on our social media pages about APA, the division, and topics of interest to members.
