Student Dissertation in Media Psychology & Technology
This award is made for outstanding dissertation research related to any form of media including: internet, radio, TV or print research/applications; multimedia telecommunications; virtual reality; distance learning; telehealth services; and product development. The award includes a $200 stipend and one-year of free membership in Div. 46. Applicants for 2019 must be graduating or graduated from a doctoral program and have completed the dissertation between January 2017 and December 2018.
Applicants must have graduated from a doctoral program and have completed their dissertation between January and December of the two-year period prior to the award year.
- Send a letter of nomination highlighting the nominee’s research, publications, teaching, training, leadership and/or other relevant information.
- Include the nominee’s CV and statement about his or her research or accomplishments.
Please submit nomination letters and CV as well as other supporting documents to 2018 Past President June Wilson, RN, PhD.
