Student Paper Award
Division 24 offers an opportunity for students presenting either a paper or poster at the annual division conference or APA convention to be considered for the Student Paper Award. There is a significant career development function and a prestige associated with being presented this award. The winner of the award is typically announced to the Division 24 community at large at the division’s business meeting. And with selection for receipt of this award, the student is recognized as a promising young scholar, providing an inroad for engagement with scholars within the division.
Apart from the monetary value of this award, being recognized in this way represents a significant achievement for any student whose paper is determined the winner.
