Student and Early Career Psychologist Engagement Award

Division 44 is offering up to three $1000 travel awards to assist with travel costs for this year's APA Annual Convention.

Applicants are allowed to apply for other Division 44 travel awards; however, no applicants will be awarded more than one. Applicants will be notified of the status of their application via email by the end of June.

Recipients of this award will be required to volunteer in the Division 44 suite for several hours and attend select division events. Details about specific requirements will be received via email upon offer of the travel award.

Applicants must be either a student who is enrolled for this academic year or an early career psychologist who completed a psychology training program within the last two years. All applicants must also be members of Division 44.

Annual deadline: March 31

Applicants must submit a CV and cover letter which includes motivation for attending convention, history of engagement with Division 44 to date and reference to any other funding they have secured for convention attendance this year. Application materials must be completed and submitted electronically by March 31 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time in order to be considered.
