Guidelines Task Force report

The Guidelines Task Force to revise the 2015 Professional Practice Guidelines for Working with Transgender and Gender Nonconforming People launched in Summer 2021, co-led by Rodrigo Aguayo Romero (they/them) and Kelly Ducheny (she/her). Since that time, the task force has been meeting regularly and drafting revised guidelines. The task force presented preliminary guideline content and collected feedback at USPATH (2021), Division 44 Convention Suite at APA Convention (2022) and WPATH (2022). Guideline content is in active revision. The tentative date for public comment is August–September 2023, with completion planned August 2024.
