The Female Rainbow workshops for women utilize Greek myths, Authentic Movement explorations and Expressive Art activities to invoke the qualities of the powerful archetypes of the Greek goddesses in our embodied presence, to better understand their influence in our lives and gain powerful insights that provide the key to self-knowledge and wholeness. Each workshop is individually designed to help participants understand the qualities of the goddess within and how to tap the power of these enduring archetypes to become a better “heroine” in one’s own life story.
