The Integrated Care Task Force highlights current issues impacting psychologists in the implementation of integrating psychology into the broad spectrum of health systems. Health care reform and advocacy for integrated care occurs at both the state and federal levels. The task force is focused on sharing resources and information between state psychological associations as well as between state associations and APA. It is also focused on creating resources and tools that state psychological associations can utilize to assist psychologists working to implement and maintain local integrated care programs. The task force maintains a State Toolkit for Integrated Care and regular blog posts to share resources about evolving models of integrated care, training and strategies to advocate for inclusion of psychology in new delivery models.
